Steph Maier, LMSW
Social Worker
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over a decade of experience supporting parents and caregivers of children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, ADHD, and severe or complex behavioral health needs. My work focuses on helping families feel less overwhelmed and better equipped to navigate systems with the right support in place.
Through client centered consultations (virtual or in-person at our office), I partner with families to assess needs, identify care gaps, and connect everyone in the household to meaningful, evidence-based services. Whether you’re facing long waitlists for autism or ADHD evaluations, struggling with Medicaid waivers or respite care, or need advocacy for IEP/504 plans, I’m here to help.
I specialize in ensuring the right problems get the right interventions—clarifying diagnoses, removing testing barriers, and coordinating care so families move forward quickly. Most families gain significantly more support and a clear path in just 1–3 sessions.
Families often call me a “pleasantly persistent systems-level barrier buster” who won’t stop until you have the care and resources you deserve.
